The Danish insurer, Vestjylland Forsikring, has chosen Mavera DSS to automate their claims handling after a successful pilot evaluation.
Vestjylland Forsikring saw a need to digitize and automate their claims management process and initiated a dialogue with Mavera. This initiated a pilot to evaluate Mavera’s decision support system based on several criteria. The pilot was successful and Vestjylland has now entered a long-term partnership with Mavera.
