At Mavera, a Verisk business, we’re committed to making your start up experience of our solution as smooth as possible. Whether you’re a new or existing customer, our goal is to ensure you get the most out of Mavera DSS, and get up and running as quickly as possible
Let’s dive into the steps that make up our customer onboarding process.
Before we kick off, we’ll need some basic details about your company, for example, company address and what injury types that your company works with. This helps us set up your profile in Mavera DSS, ensuring that you have the right access and permissions.
Before the onboarding, you decide who in your organization will be responsible for managing user information and rights within Mavera DSS. These administrators play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for everyone. They will be onboarded to Mavera DSS to understand how the administrative role works in the platform. After that they can invite the claims handler users to Mavera DSS, prior to the claims handler onboarding session.
We believe in personalized support. Once we have your company information, we’ll schedule an onboarding session for the claims handlers. You can choose whether it’s online via Teams or in person at your office. During this session, we’ll walk you through Mavera DSS, showcasing its features and functionality.
To prepare for the onboarding session, we’ll share introductory materials with you. These resources give you a sneak peek into Mavera DSS, so you’re ready to hit the ground running during the session.
During the onboarding session, we’ll demonstrate Mavera DSS in action. Your participants can also bring a case to the session allowing us to guide you through the workflow in Mavera DSS. We also provide video tutorials that the participants can access anytime for a refresher after the session.
If you also have your own network of medical advisors, and they will also be using Mavera DSS, we’ll arrange a separate onboarding session tailored to their needs. Our goal is to ensure they’re comfortable and confident using the platform.
After the initial onboarding, our quality assurance team will review the cases submitted, for both the questions in the evaluations submitted by the claim handlers, as well as the answers provided by Mavera’s medical advisors. If any questions need clarification, we’ll provide feedback to ensure the highest standard of the assessment.
We’re in this together! We’ll set up regular check-ins to gather feedback and address any additional questions you might have after the onboarding session. Our commitment to your success extends beyond the initial setup.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance. Looking forward to having you join the Mavera DSS family!
